This is a fully adjustable spider harness intended for use with a Stokes litter. All hardware meets NFPA and military specifications. The "O" Ring used for the top tie-in point is rated at 25,000 lbs. Parachute buckles on each of the four legs allow them to be adjusted independently, which means the stretcher can quickly and easily be set at the best angle for patient comfort. The use of Mil-Spec hardware throughout reduces wear on the web. Rated strength of the harness: 5,000 lbs. (22kN). A 20' tender line and a nylon storage bag are included. Color: Black.
The CMC High-Angle Stretcher Harness was designed for those situations where minimum weight is important, such as on backcountry rescues and air operations. The legs adjust in length to keep the patient in the most comfortable position. A unique feature is the D-rings, which allow the rescuer to quickly loosen the buckles for adjusting the leg length, even while wearing gloves. The system ropes can be attached directly into the 12,000 lbs. Delta Quick Link (included) or connected with carabiners. The legs are color coded front and back for fast set-up. Carabiners not included. Weight: 1 lbs. 12 oz.
Confined spaces and narrow openings require the stretcher to be rigged with the patient held in order to fit, and these opening usually end with a 90-degree transition. The Vertical-Lift Harness eases the transition over an edge when a high anchor point is not available, such as a parapet roof, out a window, off a tank top, or over a handrail. This reduces the manpower requirements, improves patient care and reduces risk. The unique "spreader bar" allows the stretcher to pivot between the side straps as the head of the stretcher clears the edge. Contructed of 6,000 lbs, one-inch flat web for high strength and lightweight. Buckles allow easy adjustment.
The CMC ProSeries Low Angle Evac Harness is faster to use than tying a harness out of web. A harness on the outside of the stretcher achieves greater stability than connecting carabiners directly to the stretcher railing. The center strap provides an adjustable backup to the other legs. Make of our new ProSeries 1 3/4" flat web with a tensile strength of 10,000 lbs. All hardware meets NFPA and military specifications. The two outside straps attach just below the railing to the cross bar, on the sides of a stretcher. The adjustable strap attaches around the horizontal tubing in the center of the head section. This harness was designed to fit the heavy-duty Rescue Litter. Rated strength: 5,000 lbs. (22kN) A nylon storage bag is included. Web Color: Blue.

A tagline controls the spin and movement of the litter during a helicopter short haul or hoist operation. The Helo Tagline includes 50 feet of 5 mm cord in a bag designed to be strapped securely to the litter rail so it will be there when you need it. For safety we have included Skedco's US Army approved "weak link" and a Quick-Link to weight the top end of the line. If needed, weight can be added to the bottom of the line with a few stones or some sand in the bag. The weak link has an unexpected breaking strength of 265 - 310 lbs. Weight: 1 lb, 3 oz.
Note: US Army protocol is to only use a new Weak Link when controlling a stretcher with a live patient.
Designed to hold stretcher harnesses, stretcher straps, tie-in straps or web, and anything else you need to go with your stretcher. Looks like a larger version of the Oxy-Pac. Convenient Velcro straps allow the bag to be connected to the stretcher rail. Stretcher pack features a handle and carabiner loops and is made from the same tough Cordura nylon as our rope bags. Size: 20 inches by 7 inches.
Designed for rescue teams who need to mount a rescue stretcher on the outside of their response vehicle. Reduces the exposure of the stretcher and any equipment stored with it to rain and sun. Oversized to make removal of the stretcher easy and allow room to store bulky items such as blankets, pads, and litter shields. Constructed of exterior-grade vinyl material.
For many years the accepted method for securing a patient into the stretcher was an improvised internal and external lashings using one-inch tubular web. Not everyone remembers how to do it and often the finished lashing was either too tight or too loose. Looking for a quicker and more secure way, the CMC Rescue Patient tie-In System was developed after testing a variety of prototypes during CMC Rescue School classes. The refined product is quick, secure, and can be easily adjusted to meet the patient's requirements for comfort. The pelvic harness part of the system supports the patient's weight when the stretcher is placed in a head up position. The external lashings are available for a one-piece or two-piece stretcher. They can be used with the pelvic harness system or for a patient on a backboard. Color coded web helps keep the system organized.
Attaches to the interior of a Stokes basket litter quickly and easily, creating a "bed" that greatly increases patient comfort while maintaining support. Can be easily removed for storage, making it the only practical insert for a break-away stretcher. The insert also acts as a backup to keep the break-away stretcher together. Bottom straps pull the Insert down into the stretcher, maintaining a low center of gravity. Extra tie-down slots are provided so that the patient may be tied to the Insert only, or to both the stretcher and the Insert. Designed to fit the Rescue Litter, it will fit most wire basket litters available. Installation instructions included.
Protect your patient from further trauma during stretcher evacuations and carryouts. The CMC Rescue Litter Shield protects the patient's face, head, and neck from inclement weather, brush, dirt, falling rocks, and debris without compromising access to the head for monitoring or treatment. Quick-release straps allow the rescuer to load and maintain access to the patient even while a raising or lowering system is attached to the stretcher. The unique mounting system fits most stretchers currently in use, and makes the shield easy to transport or stow. It can be swiveled and inverted to lay flat inside the stretcher or removed for separate carrying or storage. Molded of 3/16 inch thick Lexan, the Litter Shield offers impact resistance with the clarity and weatherability of glass. Patient comfort is also increased since there is no need for additional protective headgear. Patented.
Each Shield requires one clamp. Order additional clamps for other stretchers or as spares.
