Refund and Returns Policy
Please inspect the product for damage upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the outside of the package do not open the package and notify the delivery agent immediately.
Sea Air Thai must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the package of any damage to the product.
Our return policy lasts 10 days (including weekend and special holidays) from date of purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of good are exempt from being returned including:
- Rope, webbing, or any items that are cut to order.
- Medical products and patient equipment.
- Bags, backpacks, and pouches of any kind.
- Promotional products, gift items, souvenirs, prizes, and any items marked as sale, closeout, or discontinued.
Requesting A Return
To be eligible for a return, please first contact us to explain the problem with the order. A Return Request Form will be send to the buyer which must be completed. Once we have received this completed form together with a receipt of payment we will give further return instructions. Please only send the product back after we have confirmed your purchase is eligible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Products that can be exchanged or returned must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused in the same condition it was received with no signs of use or additional damage.
- Item must be in the original manufacturer packaging as it was delivered.
- Labels, stickers, or other supporting documents and parts shipped with the item must not be damaged or removed.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed for the actual product cost excluding shipping within 14 days of the product being received by us. The refund will be transferred to the account as stated on the Return Request Form. If you do not receive your refund within 14 days please contact us.
We only replace items if they are:
- The product is not as described on the website.
- The product is defective or damaged either from the manufacturer or during shipping.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 10 days from the date of purchase (including weekends and special holidays).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will only be for the actual product cost.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service (registered mail, EMS, or shipping service) or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee we will receive your returned item if shipped without tracking.
