Shipping Policy

Our goal is to get you your gear as soon as possible. We usually ship within 24 hours (Monday – Saturday) from when you order is placed. Orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day. Once your order has shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.

Thailand Domestic Shipping

We offer 150 baht flat fee shipping on all orders. Certain oversized items have increased shipping fees. Any additional shipping fees will be detailed during the checkout process.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside of Thailand through our online shop. Please contact us if you are outside of Thailand and wish to place an order.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect the product for damage upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the outside of the package do not open the package and notify the delivery agent immediately.

Sea Air Thai must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the package of any damage to the product.
