The Streamlight ATEX Survivor is an intrinsically safe lightweight hand-held flashlight with a right angle head designed for use in hazardous locations. The light is perfect for fire fighter use in areas that might contain a risk from an explosive atmosphere.

The ATEX Survivor is a lower profile improved version of the older Streamlight Survivor designs. The bezel is shorter to help minimize the chace of snagging. The attachment clip design was also updated to make it better attach to fire fighter turnour gear. A large button provides easy access to the light modes even when wearing gloves.

The light features high and low modes of operation. It also has emergency flash and moonlight modes. Smoke Cutter technology offers insertable black or amber plugs for user customizable beam patterns.

The ATEX Survivor case is high impact, anti-static, and non-conductive. It is made of super tough nylon offering exceptional durability. All openings on the light are o-ring sealed for weather resistance. The spring loaded clip has a built in d-ring to help attach it to belts and harnesses. For extra safety, the case has a built in one way valve to vent gases.
